Pets: A Condominium unit owner that wants to apply for approval for Emotional Support Animal and/or Service Animal, needs to have the animal registered by the State Authority as service animal. They need to send in the animal registration with the Letter from their State of FL licensed physician that prescribes the emotional support animal or service animal as part of their treatment. The unit owner will need to sign an acceptance letter about their responsibility to keep the sound of the dog from inconveniencing other unit owners and to guarantee all hygiene and pick up of their refuse as well as animal being neutered and having all required vaccines proved by a letter from their vet yearly. The Associations will reserve the right anytime to request removal of the animal from property if any neighbors are complaining or are inconvenienced by barking, or any sound or negligence of hygiene rules.

Fs718.116(c) If the unit is rented or leased during the pendency of the foreclosure action, the association is entitled to the appointment of a receiver to collect the rent. The expenses of the receiver shall be paid by the party which does not prevail in the foreclosure action. If the unit owner becomes delinquent in paying any monetary obligation due to the association, the association may make a written demand that the tenant pay the future monetary obligations related to the condominium unit to the association and the tenant must make such payment. The association may sue for eviction as if the association were a landlord if the tenant fails to pay a required payment to the association.
