 Enclosed please find an Application for Lease or Purchase for the above community.

 Please find list of requirements below that needs to be submitted.

 1. Copy of the Lease or Purchase Contract signed by both parties.

 2. Non-refundable application fee of $150.00

 3. Copy of the vehicle registration for each vehicle listed on the application.

 4.Copy of the applicant(s) Driver License.

 5. If Employed we need 2 recent paychecks stubs. ( No screen shots)

 6. Self-employed (2) recent bank statements, (1 Personal & 1 Business Bank Statement). Corporation papers for your company.

 7. Security deposit made payable to Flagler First Condominium Association, Inc. in the amount of $ 1,000.00 (Cashier Check or money order.)   The deposit has to be placed by the renter or Homeowner.  ( The deposit has to be delivered to the Management company office in person or mailed to our office ( Rental Only)

 8. Separate Elevator Deposit to Flagler First Condominium Association, Inc. in the amount of $ 100.00  money order only.    The deposit has to be placed by the renter.  The deposit needs to be delivered to our office.

 9. Prior to occupancy, the prospective renter must be approved by the Board of Directors of the Association.  Therefore, you must allow thirty (30) days after receipt of the completed application and screening for Board approval.  The applicants will be notified of the time, place and date of the screening interview. Under no circumstances shall the prospective purchaser/tenant move into the unit until written approval by the Board of Directors has been obtained.

Fs718.116(c) If the unit is rented or leased during the pendency of the foreclosure action, the association is entitled to the appointment of a receiver to collect the rent. The expenses of the receiver shall be paid by the party which does not prevail in the foreclosure action. If the unit owner becomes delinquent in paying any monetary obligation due to the association, the association may make a written demand that the tenant pay the future monetary obligations related to the condominium unit to the association and the tenant must make such payment. The association may sue for eviction as if the association were a landlord if the tenant fails to pay a required payment to the association.
